Our terms and conditions

By downloading or using the App, these Terms will automatically apply to you. So you should make sure to read them carefully before using the app.

You are not allowed to copy or modify the application, any part of the application or our trademarks in any way. You may not attempt to extract the source code of the application, nor may you attempt to translate the application into other languages or create derivative versions.

The application itself, as well as all trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights related thereto, remain the property of Varieco International.

Varieco International is committed to making the application as useful and effective as possible. For this reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the application or charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the application or its services without telling you very clearly what you are paying.

The Varieco International application stores and processes the personal data that you have provided, in order to provide our service. It is your responsibility to secure your phone and access to the application. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. This could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malware, compromise your phone's security features and could mean that the Varieco International app will not work properly or at all.

The application uses third-party services that declare their own terms and conditions.

You should be aware that there are certain things for which Varieco International will take no responsibility.

Some app functions require the app to have an active Internet connection. The internet connection may be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Varieco International cannot take responsibility for the application not working at full functionality if you do not have internet access.

If you are using the app outside of a Wi-Fi area, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, your mobile carrier may charge you the cost of data for the duration of the connection when accessing the application, or other third-party fees. By using the App, you accept responsibility for these charges, including roaming data charges if you use the App outside of your home territory (i.e. a region or country ) without disabling Data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device you are using the app on, please note that we assume you have received permission from the bill payer to use the app.

Along the same lines, Varieco International cannot always take responsibility for how you use the application, i.e. you must ensure that your device remains charged - if it is at low on battery and you cannot activate it to benefit from the service, Varieco International cannot accept responsibility.

With respect to Varieco International's liability regarding your use of the App, when using the App it is important to keep in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we rely on third parties to provide information for us so we can make it available to you. Varieco International accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you suffer as a result of relying entirely on this functionality of the application.

At some point we may want to update the app. The app is currently available on Android and ios - requirements for both systems (and any additional systems to which we decide to extend the app's availability) may change, and you will need to download updates if you wish continue using the app. Varieco International does not promise to always update the application so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android and ios version you have installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the Application when offered to you. We may also wish to stop providing the App and we may terminate your use of the App at any time without notice to you of termination. Unless otherwise indicated by us, in the event of termination,

(a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will terminate.

(b) you must stop using the App and (if necessary) delete it from your device.

Conditions of engagement

1- The execution of Each Contract will begin on the day of confirmation of payment.

2- Commitments are annual.

3- The user loses some permission or some Offers in the last 3 months of each contract. And they must renew the subscription or purchase a new offer.

Modifications to these terms and conditions

We may update our Terms & Conditions from time to time. You are therefore advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will inform you of any changes by publishing the new terms and conditions on this page. These terms and conditions are in effect from 16/03/2024
